Apply to Operate a Firework Stand in Whitewater

Thinking about setting up a firework stand this season? All vendors looking to sell fireworks within Whitewater city limits must apply for and receive an official permit through the City Office. No sales are permitted without prior approval.

To get started, please complete the Firework Stand Permit Application below. Applications will be reviewed by city staff, and approved permits will be issued once all requirements are met. Please ensure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
